Preschool Programs
We are now enrolling for the 2017-2018 school year. Spots are limited and are filled on first come first serve basis.
Mommy’s Morning Out Program:
Our MMO program is for children ages 12 months to 18 months of age on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Children can be dropped off hourly on Tuesdays and Thursdays or can be enrolled for a set day and time. We do not have any napping accommodations at this time.
MMO can also be used for children 18 months to 36 months for a drop as you like program.
Children ages 12 months to 36 months begin to use expressive vocabulary and engage in imaginary play that encourages curiosity and imagination. Teachers will build upon the cognitive, language, social/emotional and physical activities as well as introduce literacy and math skills through read alouds, songs and facilitated play centers. Teachers will introduce students to basic Islamic concepts such as Allah’s creations and simple Duas.
2-Year-Old Program:
Our 2-year-old program is for children who will be 2 on or before September 1, 2017. Children can be enrolled in a 2 day, 3 day, or 5 day program.
Children at this age are becoming more independent and excited to learn. The day will begin with circle time that incorporates Islam, literacy, math and tons of fun! Teachers will focus on developmental skills that enhance cooperative as well as independent play through learning centers that include literacy, math, imaginary play and arts and crafts. Teachers will use read alouds, songs and hands-on activities to incorporate Islamic concepts such as saying Bismillah and the importance of kindness and sharing. Children will also learn short Surahs, Duas, begin counting in Arabic and begin to recognize the Arabic Alphabet.
Combined 3-5 Year-Old Program:
Our 3-5 year-old program is for children who will be 3 on or before September 1, 2017. Children are enrolled in a 5 day program.
Children at this age are eager to share stories and express themselves and their feelings. Circle time is an interactive experience through singing, learning about the calendar and weather and sharing experiences.
Teachers will focus on developmental skills that enhance cooperative play, independent play and problem solving skills. Children will continue to develop their language skills through learning centers that will focus on literacy, math, science, social studies, arts and crafts and imaginary play. Teachers will use read alouds, songs and hands-on activities to incorporate Islamic concepts such as stories of the Prophets and blessings from Allah. Children will also recite Surahs, Duas, learn to count in Arabic and learn the Arabic Alphabet.
These prekindergarten students will be readying themselves to begin a new journey in their lives. Our program will follow Georgia's Bright from the Start Content Standards along with a strong focus on literacy, Quran and Arabic. Learning centers will allow students to explore their varying learning styles while continuing to develop their cognitive, language, social/emotional and physical skills to get them ready and set for kindergarten!
Lunch Bunch:
